MR. BAKKILA WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE DID A GREAT JOB REPAIRING THE WINDOWS WITHOUT MAKING THEM LOOK NEW. HIS CARPENTRY SKILLS RE-INSTALLING THE WINDOWS WASN'T AS GREAT, BUT I THINK PART OF THAT IS OUR HOUSE IS OLD AND NOT SYMMETRICAL.
