An excellent job from start to finish. They were able to show us what our garage door would look like prior to making a decision. We then negotiated a price, placed an order and the work was done in about 4 hours. The entire process was about 3 weeks from start to finish.

We have used this company for all our garage door repairs over the years. We have had garage springs as well as new openers replaced. Henefeld service technicians have always been professional and have addressed any questions that we asked. They always gave honest opinions if additional repairs needed done....they never overstated repair needs. Pricing was very reasonable. Great company and very dependable and I will use them for future needs.

It went great! The appointment was scheduled for 3 days after I called. The technician called me the day of the appointment to discuss the problem and to confirm the time he'd be here. He performed some maintenance and adjusted the opener, and it's working great again!

Based on their rating and proximity, I contacted Henefeld for quotes on a repair and replacement. They were able to come measure and assess the same day - they were very responsive prior to winning our business. We got 2 other quotes and decided to go with Henefeld. I even visited their showroom on Banksville Road. I provided their signed sales agreement and 1/3 down by credit card to have my garage door ordered and I scheduled the installation. I did not receive a confirmation call or email prior to installation. The door that was ordered was not the door I requested (I am very happy I wrote my selection on the signed sales agreement). Unfortunately, no one noticed this until it was already installed. The installers were kind, clean, and responsive to me. They left my garage and driveway very clean and neat, and stated someone from the office would call me. I waited a few hours without hearing from anyone, so I called in and was told my new panels would arrive in two weeks. Later that day, I finally heard from the person I had ordered with via email. She did admit to ordering the wrong door and apologized at that time. She also confirmed the shipping and installation time via email. The correct garage door arrived and was installed as promised. I paid the balance in full via phone, and hoped to receive some apology for my inconvenience or at least a passing reference to the issue. tl;dr: While the final product is what we asked for and were happy to pay for, I am disappointed in the overall service from the Henefeld office. The service professionals on site at the house were better than great. Be sure to double check the product prior to installation and I recommend writing any selections made on the sales contract before signing it!

Very well. Repairman did not have the part with him but used a temporary fix to get me through the weekend. He returned after the weekend and completed the job.

I just had a new garage and opener installed by Bill and Jason from Henefeld Garage Door Co. They were excellent and professional. They showed up on time and were immaculate. The price was right. They showed me how to work everything and how to maintain everything. I had bad experiences with a couple other garage door companies. Henefeld was a pleasure to work with.

I was a little nervous about the cost after reading some reviews about other companies, but after talking to Lindsay, she as able to give me a high-end estimate of what the cost would be, and then it actually came in $40 under. I was also a little worried because my garage doors are older, and I was concerned about someone trying to sell me new ones or extra equipment that I did not need, but that was definitely NOT the case. Bob and Paul were awesome! They were on time, professional, and efficient. They were able to complete the job in a little over an hour (in freezing temps on a detached garage with no heat). Whole job only cost $160, which after watching everything that was involved in doing that, was money well spent. Would have taken me a week to figure it all out and I probably would have ordered the wrong parts. Now my "old" garage doors work like new! Thank you!

The service person Jason was very knowledgeable and efficient and answered all of my questions. The office had excellent communication with me for my scheduling and to alert me of my appointment time. I would definitely use this company again and would refer them to anyone who is looking for a reputable garage door company. A+ service.

The new garage door was scheduled to be installed about a month after I had ordered it. The installer came on the scheduled date. Everything went smoothly and I was very satisfied with the final product and installation. The price I thought was very reasonable and I would use Henefeld again.

Henefeld was really easy to deal with. Lindsay was a huge help and answered many of my questions. Bruce showed up on time and provided me an estimate and left literature on the door he suggested. I contacted Lindsay and scheduled a date for the installation. Jason showed up to install the door. He was clean, courteous and professional. He left my garage clean at the end of the job which is important to me. Jason took great care with the installation and the end product was excellent. I would definitely hire them again but hopefully won't need them in the near future. Great Job!!!

Quality of Service was excellent, from scheduling and estimate to the installation.  Very friendly and efficient staff.  What made this an exception experience was how well the installer cleaned up after himself.  After replacing the new door, my garage was actually cleaner after he left then it was in a long time.

They called when they got here, as requested; they called an hour from completion, as requested; they wiped down the door when they were done; they touched up little tiny paint defects in the door; they explained all the maintenance of the door.  They were personable, experienced and professional.  A great overall experience.

When our 20 year old opener stopped working, we assumed it would need replaced. I was assured that it probably would need a new gear assembly which is considerable less expensive than a new opener. The technician arrived on time and promptly went to work. In addition to repairing the opener, he also adjusted cables, inspected the springs, and corrected mistakes made when the door and opener were installed over 20 years ago. Both the door and opener actually operate much better than ever. Price was as quoted.Thanks for the great job.

They were very punctual on the appointment time and it took them only a couple of hours to complete the installation.  You couldn't even tell that a major construction project was conducted in the garage because they were meticulous about cleaning up.  After the installation, they were very good about training and setting the unit up.  I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone out there looking for a new garage door.
