Colleen is great to work with. She is prompt, flexible, and responsive.
The quality of her work is very good and she even entertains our dogs while she is cleaning.

I called and received an immediates response from Tammy. She came on time and did an excellent job cleaning my house. She was pleasant to work with and I have had her come on a bi-weekly arrangement. She is willing to do any job I request and work with the products I request. All in all I feel very lucky to find someone with her abilities. Would recommend the company.

the first cleaning took 5 hours and it was only for the downstairs, where the plaster work had been done. overall the first cleaning was done pretty well. the ceiling fans were missed and the bathroom floor was rushed. i also noticed that only the window trim in the dining room and not the living room had been wiped down. the furniture had not been moved to clean under it either. the windows looked liked they had been cleaned w/ a dirty rag. colleen was very nice and personable and i was hoping that things would be done well enough to have her come regularly. i set up a second cleaning day for several days after the first so she could finish the upstairs and do a once-over on what had been missed downstairs. i was SO disappointed. none of the ceiling fans in the house was cleaned (although i reminded her to do so). the sheets on the bed were not changed (although i had asked that that be done). the bath tub wasn't cleaned well. she did things i didn't ask her to do that i didn't want her to do, but didn't do the things i did ask her to do. i found dirty rags in random places in my house, including in my garbage disposal! it just looked like she rushed through the job because i would be SHOCKED if what she did on the second day actually took the 3 hours that i paid her for. i am SO disappointed. i tried calling colleen two times after the second cleaning without a return call. prior to that she had answered every one of my calls. and as for cleaning for the enitre 3 hours, i had another service provider coming to my home 2 hours after the cleaning had begun and when the other provider arrived no one was at my home cleaning. communication IS the key and had i gotten a phone call or even a question i would have been more than happy to clarify anything. this SHOULD have been an in depth cleaning, but it wasn't.

I hired Heaven Sent to clean a 5-bedroom, 3-1/2 bath rental property for me, including cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, carpets and floors. I was very pleased with the quality of service that I received. I would use Heaven Sent again.

Forget everyone that ever told you they could clean and only hire Colleen!! This woman is amazing! She completed cleaned and sparkled a filthy, dingy kitcen from top to bottom in about 4 hours. This kitchen had not been touched in over two years as the owner was elderly ~ didn't matter and nothing fazed her. Wish we could afford to have her come be our live-in housekeeper permanently. COLLEEN, UR THE BEST!

Colleen and her helper come to clean our home on a bi-weekly basis. While they are not "perfect" on everything, they are very thorough on most things. They are also open to suggestions and have many good ideas on how to clean things.
