Heating and Air Conditioning Service
He was sent by my warranty company. Furnace was not working. Furnace was not fixed after Mr. Hanner ordered parts and placed in the furnace. He was suppose to come back the next day and fix the problem. He did not return. He would give me a time and wouldn't show up, left town, or even better excuse was "I knocked nobody answered." Very unprofessional and doesn't care about his clients. My family went without heat for almost 2 weeks dealing with this man. Please do not use his services.
