Personally, Jerry is a great guy and he will go out of his way to help his clients. I came to the realization that dealing with someone who one can be comfortable with at a personal level is very important in this type of service. Just like one has to feel a degree of personal comfort with their physician since they are "exposing" personal physical and/or psychological matters to them, one has to feel similarly comfortable with their mortgage consultant because a lot of personal things are also "exposed"--just in this case, financial aspects of one's life.
