I called Grilli's Restoration Service last week to get an estimate on pressure washing my siding and repairing and painting the wood trim on my townhouse.  Jim returned my call within one day and scheduled an estimate for the following day.  I accepted the estimate and the pressure washing was done on Saturday, 9/10/11.  They used high ladders and were careful not to spray any water up behind the siding.  They have professional equipment, which was much better than my pressure washer, and the siding looked clean as new when they were finished.   On Monday, 9/12/11, they came back with an additional person (3 men total) and repaired the wood trim on my townhouse and starting painting.  While the repaired sections were drying, they went over to my parents' house and repaired some of the brick mortar on one side of the house.  Jim matched the mortar on the 57 year old house exactly, and it was fascinating to watch the pointing.  After it dried, I had a hard time seeing where the repairs were made.  They then came back to my house and finished painted the repaired sections of trim.  Everything was cleaned up at both houses and left in excellent condition.  I am very happy with all of the work done.
