Work was done to each door, but there was an internal part that needed to be replaced on one door. He said that he would get the part and come back to finish the job. He never did. Now the front door deadbolt does not work properly - it can get stuck in a locked position if you use the key on it. For the second door he was also supposed to replace a lock with a dead bolt. This work was never done either. I have to use 2 hand to get in to either door as there are keyed cylinders and handles that need to be turned simultaneously. I am going to have to have the work done properly by someone else, that has pride in what they do.
