Today was the 3rd time I have had my dog groomed there and it is as good a place as other groomers in the east end of Pittsburgh and a lot less money. What it is not is a fancy place in a very upscale Shadyside or Point Breeze location. Romeo is always happy to go there and judging from his body language when I drop him off and pick him up he must be well treated. The people that run the place and the people that work there are lovely. I have been very pleased and I gave them all A's and one B.

Fantasttic service. Prompt and wonderful with my dog. She is a bit shy and they were very patient with her and she looked great when they finished.

I love Greenfield Grooming Salon. They have the most caring, gentle, professional staff and the owner always goes out of her way to make you feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with my dog's haircut. She naturally has a very thick coat and I was looking to give her some relief for summer without making her look like I hacked her hair off with hedge trimmers (that's what would have happened if I had attempted, I can barely trim her legs) Greenfield Groomers raked her undercoat and trimmed her longer fur just enough, she's all neat and short without completely losing her fluff look. She was happy when I dropped her off and happy when I picked her up. Not stressed at all. They obviously took their time and were loving with her. The cost was even less than they estimated over the phone, can't beat that!

Donna and her group are exceptional with animals. My dog Smiley loves her and the people she works with (and their dogs) and really looks forward to going for his appointment. He comes out soft and sweet smelling, with all mats removed. I can tell she does this gently as he adores her even after the grooming! Donna loves animals and that's the most important thing for me. She also gives great pet haircuts!

They have been very good. They are very conscientious about checking pet records to make sure your pet is properly vaccinated. They want to protect themselves but also protect the other pets as well. They do a very good job with my cat. If they can handle my cat, they can do anybody.
