This review is way past due, but better late than never. Grassy Greens responded promptly to my phone call and we were able to schedule an estimate quickly. Steve was professional, courteous, and polite. They did a great job clearing away all the weeds and unwanted brush and left the yard looking better than we had left it. They worked quickly and efficiently and we never even knew they were here except for the nice cleared area where the weeds had once been. I would hire Grassy Greens again without hesitation.

So far the work has been performed very well. The crew is very polite and professional and the owner is very personable. They will perform their work whether someone is home or not and will solicit and actively respond to feedback if we are home.
As an example, the first time that they did the weeding they did the front of the house but forgot the side. The next time they came out my father-in-law was home and mentioned it to them and they said that they would get it next time, but they still weeded the side flower bed before leaving.

Being in grad school and wokring a full-time job, I could no longer find time to do all my "honey-Do" items. Lawncare was one I wasn't upset passing off. I found Grassy Greens and other vendors on Angie's List. after brief meeting with three providers, compraing quites, etc., my wife and I landed on Grassy Greens.
We asked the to mow twice a month so it fit our budget. They were happy to accommodate. Additionally, they cleaned up mulch beds and did some limited leaf removal. Overall, I have no complaints. The lawn always looks good when they are done - no clippings in the drive way, etc. Also, they call prior to holidays to see if we wanted an additional service.
The crew is friendly and accommodating. Iwould highly recommend.

I like that they are very courteous and very willing to please and very open to what your needs are and what you want. They are very reasonable. They go above and beyond, they edge along the driveway and make it look nice. They were mindful of making sure all of the grass was gone off the driveway. They come out bi-weekly, there is no set day because of the weather, if it rains, they will not come out because they cannot cut in swampy conditions. They are very conscientious about their work. It depends on conditions. If it rains a lot who wants to be out cutting the grass in wet conditions? I do plan to use them next year.

He gave me a very fair estimate for the work and explained in detail what they would do. We had weather problems which delayed the start of the project but he kept me informed as to how soon he hoped they would begin. They began as soon as the weather cooperated and were hard working, friendly and explained exactly what they were doing as they worked along. They had some mulch left over and offered to scatter it where ever I could use it. I had them put it into the garden.. He reduced the cost of the project from original estimate as he felt he had over estimated how much material he would need. (How often does any one do this!!) I was delighted with their work(and the cost) and wouldn't hesitate to avail myself of their services again. Honest and reliable!!

They do a great job. They are prompt, professional and caring.

He did a fair amount of work around the place. Everything went great. We are getting ready to sell the house and are looking for some help. When he left he said please call me if there were any problems. A few weeks later we noticed that some types of grass that he planted were not growing. He came right back out and replanted it. He did not charge us or ask for any more money. He just took care of it. It was a very good experience. He cleaned up after himself. In the corner of the yard there was a bunch of refuse like broken bricks and stones. He hauled all that stuff away. He helped me get ready so that showing the house would be a pleasant experience. He worked really hard and did everything that I asked him to do. When I called him back saying there were some spotty parts where he did the work he came back without any complaints and took care of it. He went above and beyond for me. He did a good job. He has got good business sense and a good personality. He is a good person who makes people comfortable. It's always best to work with someone that we personally like. Grassy Greens Inc. is great all around. I would surely use him again.

Very pleasant. Good work at fair price. Hard workers. Owner is very professional and has a good crew working for him. Very honest. Paid him in full though he underestimated how much mulch he needed. Nonetheless, he returned in a few days, as promised, and completed the work. Plan to hire again in the fall for cleanup. 0

Grassy Greens cuts our lawn as well as my parents' lawn. They do a great job. Very meticulous! Steve is professional and personable.

Overall, the experience very went well. I have lots of trees in my yard, which results in a lot of leaves, and I needed them raked. When I called them, the employee was incredibly pleasant. We scheduled an appointment for today, Thursday, at 10am. Steven Oft, the owner of the company, arrived with another employee, and both of them were incredibly nice and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They arrived on time, with two big pieces of equipment and did a fabulous job. The work was done in an efficient and timely manner. They do lawn and yard work, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. I highly recommend this company.
