GRABORSKI SERVICES

My house sits up high and is subject to lost of wind with bad storms.   This was the second time that I had a few shingles and the chimmney cap blown off and into the yard. I had previously had this repaired / shingles replaced by a handy man. Appears the previous handy man didn't attach the shingles very well (It was obvious the ones that ripped and blew off were the "new ones" since they were a slightly different color.  Appears the handy man I used the first time didn't even use any sealer for the shingles.   
Dave's crew came out and attached the chimmney cap (A replacement that I had purchased at the local hardware store)  and replaced several shingles and checked for other loose /damaged ones. They were responsive, they didn't try to tell me that I needed a new roof just because some repairs were needed.  They were here about an hour (crew of 2 guys) and only charged me $40 which I thought was really reasonable.  ( I had paid a handy man about $100 previously). 
I have had no further roof damage from storms since. 
They were recommended to me by friends who were happy with the work and I would definitely refer them to my friends and family. 

 No agreement materialized.

The owner, Dave, did the estimate and the price came in $175 higher than the insurance quoted us, however we went with him anyway since he seemed to be very knowledgable and experienced. He called us a few weeks later on a Wednesday to say he would be at our house on Saturday to do the work. When I came home from work on Friday it was already completed. Very fast and efficient.

I was very pleased. He came out right away and talked to me. He said he would come Saturday morning to do the work. I got home Friday and the work was already done. He just called me and said they had already finished. It was a good job and they cleaned up. I barely even knew they were on the property.

Contacted Dave to estimate gutter repair and possible replacement. Dave returned my call in one day and visited my house within 3 days. He said I most likely just needed a good gutter cleaning and that he would check the corners which leak. We set-up a time for the work to be completed. Mentioned to Dave that my husband was in the hospital and I would be in and out but would wait for his crew on specified day. On scheduled day Dave called and said he completed the work the previous day while I was at the hospital. They did an excellent job; I wondered what happened to all of the leaves when I returned home the previous evening. Dave advised me that I would need new gutters soon and there was no reason to spend the money to seal the corners since, with winter coming, the water and ice would just 'unseal' them. He mentioned a rough quote for whole house gutters but did not push or try to sell me gutters at this time. We will have the gutters replaced within the next few months and I will definitely call Dave. He is honest and straightforward!

Mr. Graborski got back to me right away when I called. He let me know that it would be a couple of months before he could get to my project which was fine with me. When he completed the project, he did a nice job, was very fast, and cleaned up afterwards. No complaints here.

MR. GRABORSKI RETURNED MY CALL WITHIN TWO HOURS AND SCHEDULED TO LOOK AT THE GUTTERS THAT VERY EVENING. ARRIVED 5 MINUTES EARLY. LOOKED AT THE GUTTERS, GAVE A FEW SUGGESTIONS FOR MINOR WORK THAT COULD BE DONE DO-IT-YOURSELF, BUT SAID MY GUTTERS WERE BASICALLY FINE. SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY! VERY, VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND GRACIOUS ABOUT HAVING TO TRAVEL AND NOT GET ANY WORK OUT OF IT. GREAT GUY.

VERY PLEASED WITH WORK. I WASN'T GIVEN ENOUGH TIME TO SELECT COLORS. I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE SAMPLES LEFT WITH ME A WEEK, INSTEAD I HAD TO PICK RIGHT AWAY.

THE WORK GROUP ARRIVED ON TIME. THE CLEAN UP WAS VERY GOOD.
