Top notch service! The owner is incredible. My elderly parents to were in need of a TV and Don very patiently worked with them to select the right TV for their needs. After installing the TV, he knew they needed a new cable box to work w new smart TV. My mom was overwhelmed with trying to communicate what was needed to Comcast. Don came back-on his own time- and helped them to order what was needed. This is professionalism at its best!

Donald Mignogna performed an excellent service. Picked up the defective TV for repair, provided a loaner and brought back the TV after having performed repair. Units works perfectly. Service on time. Price very fair. Strongly recommended. I am technically competent and my comment is objective as I have no relationship with Mr. Mignongna.

Don was great on fixing my TV. I got a run around from Hhgregg where I bought the TV that was still under warranty. I decided to get the TV repaired by Golden Mile TV and he went far and above to get the TV fixed. He sent a board from my set out to be repaired because the board was no longer available to purchase. Other repairmen would have told me to just buy a new TV but Don was honest and believed the TV was worth fixing. Great Job, Don.

Our TV was giving us an on screen message that our projection bulb was on its last legs and in need of replacement. We checked on Angie's list for a good TV repairman in our area and found Donald Mignogna. He was very helpful over the phone. First, he guided me through finding the TV model number, then he put me on hold while he checked to see if they had it in stock. When he came back on the phone he told me that he not only had to replacement part...he had time the same afternoon to come to the house and make the replacement.
Once Donald arrived...he had the TV fixed in no time. He was so very courteous and helpful...telling me about my TV and what to expect. We couldn't believe...from the time it took to call until the time things were all fixed took less than one afternoon. All done in time to witness yet another Pirate win on TV!!

My old tv was ancient.  I researched tvs in Consumer Reports and on the internet.  It was suggested that I consider independent dealers if I needed extra help.  Since I am a senior citizen this made sense to me.  I got his name from Angie's List and visited the shop,  He was very helpful.  He took time with me to explain and demonstrate the machine.  I thought I needed external speakers and safely belts to anchor the tv.  He explained to  me that I didn't need these.  (I am sure a big box store would have just sold them to me.)  He told me several places where I could buy  a tv stand.  If it need to be assembled, he said he would put it together for me. We ordered the tv.  He called me when it was delivered and scheduled it for delivery the next day.  He installed the tv and even managed to connect an old vcr player-recorder I had to it. The latter wasn't easy. This required some additional knowledge and skill.  I wanted to be able to record one channel and watch another at the same time. Everything works great.  Given the extra time and skill I needed I am very happy with the price.

Replaced a lamp in our 60" Sony Grand Wega.

Don, the proprietor, agreed to install my new tv which was purchased on the internet, and was on time to our appointment.  He removed the old and very heavy tv, and hooked up the new plasma tv and dvd player to my complete satisfaction.  I highly recommend him for his punctuality, professionalism, and excellent work. 

We dropped off the tv and asked if it was worth fixing and he said yes told us the amount and when to pick it up. He had it fixed before the two weeks he quoted. It was a pleasure working with him

I would recommend them. They are excellent. I bought a big screen TV for $350 which was a good deal. Golden Mile TV had a customer who was converting a room into a theater and he was getting a huge screen and so had this TV that he didn't want anymore.  Golden Mile TV Sales & Service offered it to me.

A nasty electrical stormpassed directly over head two weeks ago.Sounded more like artillery.Power outage for a few hours.Damage: blew out the video on our one-year old TV, also effected our answering machine and computer.These items were all on surge suppressors--evidently they did not supress sufficiently.

It was wonderful, and they were very nice. My tv is as good as new!

tim came to my house a few hours after i called him and picked up my 40" hd tv.
he checked it out and found that the power supply was bad. fortunately he one on hand
and replaced it and delivered it and hooked the tv back up and showed me that it was working properly.
i was without the tv only 2 days so he fixed it pretty quick.

THE WORKER CAME AND PICKED UP THE TV, AND AFTERWARD IT WORKED VERY WELL.

I WOULD GO TO THEM FOR THE REPAIR OF ANY TELEVISION, CAMCORDER, STEREO AND I WOULD BUY FROM THEM. THEY TELL YOU AHEAD WHAT BRANDS THEY WILL REPAIR BECAUSE OF QUALITY AND WHAT BRANDS TO STAY AWAY FROM. THEY ALSO COME TO YOUR HOME. VERY HONEST AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. EXTREMELY POLITE, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PRICE COULD NOT BE BEAT.
