Architectural Service
Company designed plans out of the scope of the project and above the budget despite repeated attempts to contain them. They demanded payment repeatedly with strong arm tactics, like the employees would not get paid if we did not pay the invoice. We were left with plans we could not use (they were out of our budget). The company would only redesign at a lower total project cost if we paid them more! In the end, they deemed their work worth the $30,000, and we were left with a set of plans we could not use. Needless to say, they did not return any of our money. VERY bad business practice.
