They offered me a warranty. They were extremely helpful and willing to negotiate. They had the best price and they gave me a super deal. I was going for a mid-grade line of speakers and they didn't have everything so they upgraded me to the next line up for the speakers so it was really a steal. The overall experience was great. It is top of the line and I have no complaints at all.

This experience was less than satisfactory. After not showing up twice, when I took off a day of work, I called and they told me that they had been there and called my cell phone. This was not true. The second time they didn't show, I called the customer service line, and the rep said it was because of the snowy weather (and it was the summer, so no snow).
