GATEWAY EXTERMINATING COMPANY

I thought the service rep was very knowledgable and was able to answer my questions about the  risks involved in this type of pest extermination. I have pets and he was able to explain that it wasn't going to be harmful to pets and was able to treat it in a way that wasn't going to be harmful to any pet walking down the street. I called three different companies and they were the most responsive and with the most detail. I think their prices were the best.

I felt that the man from Gateway did not know what he was doing. He saw no droppings because I had cleaned them up and told him that, but did not seem overly concerned. I was not impressed with them at all. I would rather work with a company more agreeable to my needs from now on.

We've worked with them for years and they have been very satisfactory.

The man came out and showed me a booklet while explaining the situation. I'm in a row, and you have to be careful what you're using, and they didn't use chemicals. I got an idea about what the price would be (my friend also used them). I pay yearly, and they come out several times a year to check. They put 2 things in my basement and these green things in the ground in the front & back yard with poison where they think they'll be. He said that termites go dormant, so we're just doing preventative things for now and the spring. They arrived on time and called before hand. He made an outline of where he put the poison so they know exactly where the traps are when they come back and check. They have a great payment schedule!

VERY PROFESSIONAL & HONEST. WE HIRED TWO OTHER EXTERMINATING COMPANIES BUT THEY DID NOT GET RID OF THE FLEAS, THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT DID GET RID OF THE FLEAS.`
