Recently changed owners so beware of older reviews!!!! Don came out to do the assessment. I previously had a leak in the bathroom and I let him know which wall was removed. That wall was again removed. When the plumber came out the wrong wall was removed in the bathroom so they could not fix the pipe in that area. When the job was completed I spoke to Brandon who assured me that I would not have to pay for the bathroom and that Don was standing right there as he was speaking to me. I got a bill for the full amount. I called Don who stated "well you told me which wall to remove ". I stated "I'm not the expert " to which he laughed. They do not do the job properly and I will never use them again.

It was excellent. Most of the cost was covered by insurance company. They were kind of busy to come out.
