+ -1 moreRecently changed owners so beware of older reviews!!!! Don came out to do the assessment. I previously had a leak in the bathroom and I let him know which wall was removed. That wall was again removed. When the plumber came out the wrong wall was removed in the bathroom so they could not fix the pipe in that area. When the job was completed I spoke to Brandon who assured me that I would not have to pay for the bathroom and that Don was standing right there as he was speaking to me. I got a bill for the full amount. I called Don who stated "well you told me which wall to remove ". I stated "I'm not the expert " to which he laughed. They do not do the job properly and I will never use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned basement after water heater spread water all over carpeted finished basement. Recarpeted. took out damaged shelves and prepped for painting. Worked with insurance company. Everything fine except for carpet. Never completely flat and buckling at corners. Came twice to fix, but not really fixed.

+ -1 moreIt was excellent. Most of the cost was covered by insurance company. They were kind of busy to come out.
Description of Work: We had some water damage and they did some restoration work. We had water coming through the wall, soaking the carpet, the padding and the drywall so they remedied all that.

Description of Work: GS Jones was recommended to us by AquaGuard. GS Jones came out at the end of July to look at what work needed to be done to remove mold and replace damaged items in our basement. He said they were busy and it would take about a week for him to even look at and put together an estimate. 1 month and 2 phone calls later, no estimate, no returned calls. Guess they already have enough business, and don't care if they have ours.

+ -1 moreG S JONES and SONS INC. was just as excellent as Aquaguard. The only thing that was sort of frustrating was the amount of time it took for them to talk to Aquaguard and get issues resolved. Other than that, they were just excellent in giving me a quote.
Description of Work: G S JONES & SONS INC. came in to do an estimate for mold control in my house.
