Fred was great. He was very responsive and attentive to the situation. I was trying to sell my mom's house and so time in fixing the tree was important. He came out and assessed the tree and its damage and called with various choices of how to address the problem. He provided a reasonable quote and did the work as he said he would, and when he said he would.
But work was done well and clean up was great.
They also did a good job trimming a tree in our backyard. Unfortunately they did end up trimming a portion of a neighbor's tree, even after I pointed out the tree. Thankfully the neighbor did not care and recently had that tree trimmed.
The bid was substantially more than another bid we received (a one-guy operation), but I think we got what we paid for and may not have been as satisfied with the other guy.
I thought the the sales person was very experienced and professional. The workers also were professional.
I went with Fred though his quote was slightly higher than the other quote I received (2750 vs 2400) because he was willing to do the work the next day. I didn't want to wait for other quotes or the other company that was going to and quot;put me on their scheduleand quot; once I approved their estimate.
Fred's crew showed up on time and did a good job. Ben their main trimmer did all the trimming and always asked if I was satisfied before moving on to the next tree. The other two guys were also very thorough in their work - did not get their names.
They cleaned up both my yard and my neighbors (who was kind enough to let them use his driveway for their boom truck) before leaving at the end of the day.
I am satisfied with the service and have recommended Fred for tree work at my brothers house.
I called Fred and he came out to privide a written estimate the next day.
I called Fred to ask him to do the work he came 2 days later to do the work. He sent 2 crews and they did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Fred's brother ran the crews - he was a polite and professional.Part way through the job Fred showed up (from another job) to make sure things were going as planned.
I cannot say enough good things about Fred. It's a pleasant change to have someone do what they say for the price they quoted, and do it well.
I have referred Fred to 3 friends already - they used him and they were ecstatic with his price and service also.
