FRAZIER HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Jim is the detail man. He painstakingly cut every tile and niche as was designed. We had some glass pieces that were not the same thickness as the tile pieces. Jim had to build up the surface behind the glass pieces so that the glass and tile were all at the same level. This job was so detailed and had to be done in stages. He was tenacious and kept at it until the job was done. We love it! The design and the materials that my husband chose is different than back splashes that we saw in the stores. We wanted something different - and Jim was just the man for the job!

Jim does not advertise because he doesn't need too. His work quality has resulted in the best form of advertising available - word of mouth! I found him through a co-worker of my wife's who had hired him before. I originally contracted him to build a Porch for the House I am renovating and was so impressed with his work that I have been re-contracting him for other items in the house - He is still under Contract with me and is currently finishing up the Kitchen remodel before moving on to the two Bathrooms remodel jobs I just signed him for. The only day he has taken off has been the Super Bowl and he works seven days a week routinely. He does not gouge you with a high bid on anything and is willing to work on anything that you may have a need for, oh and did I mention the quality? You can't go wrong with Jim, Good price, great service and very professional!

Jim is the best. He did extensive remodeling to a bathroom on our addition as well as other jobs. My brother had recommended him to us and we are so glad that he did! Jim will come and access the situation and give you a very fair and reasonable estimate on the work. Once he gets started he is a perfectionist! His work is so good. He is very pleasant and the nicest guy. After a while you feel like you can count on him for everything that needs repaired! I have given his name and business card out to many of my friends. When they call him and he does work for them they thank me for giving them his name (and they recommend him to their family and friends). That is the kind of guy he is. He is very professional. Any job that he starts he completes to your (and his) highest satisfaction. I would (and do) recommend Jim to any of my family members and friends who needs work done around their house. He is reliable, honest, and will give you his opinion on the work.
