Big problem when my tools went missing and of course no response from business partner.

Perfect work and accommodating with short deadline.

This Man worked on my grandmothers' house and he did not fix the problem.  The roof is tile and she needed a leak fixed.  Frank came in and worked on the roof, left a bill and returned 2 days later to be paid.  5 days later it rained..and the original leak was not fixed and their were new leaks.  My grandmother called Frank to ask him to come back out.  Frank said he would call her the next day..which he did not.  She called him again a few days later and left him a message.  He never called her back..I called him from my phone and we spoke.  Frank assured me that he would be at my grandmothers' house that following day..which he did not.  I called him from my home phone and he answered, but pretended to be someone else.   How unprofessional!!!!  We called 2 other roofers to come out and give us estimates.  BOTH roofers said that the new leaks are from broken tiles which we know Frank is responsible for..Ughhh.  Please never use this person. .he does not care about his work or the customer!  Hope this helps anyone out their looking for a roofer.
