Correspondence between myself and the loan officer was slow and continued to get slower and slower then to a complete standstill. I wasn't sure the loan officer was even still employed with Fortune Mortgage. I decided to call the Sales Manager to confirm this. The receptionist was very insistent that she needed my name and and reason for calling before she eventually called Paul(Sales Manager) to take the call. Once Paul answered my call we had a conference call with my loan officer. It was promised I would hear back with some concrete information within 24 hrs. It's been over a week and haven't heard back from them. I feel they approached me, got all my personal and financial information, and I have no idea where it is or what's being done with it. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: This company contacted me marketing their services because of my past business with them several years ago. I agreed to do some refinancing on investment properties along with refinancing a larger mortgage on a resort property we own. I went through all the requested paper work including spread sheets of 5 rental properties
