I got the impression that I was overbid. The work done was great but not because of them. They were quick to come out and all that. They contracted someone that did a really good job. With regards to contacting them afterwards and with regards to basically clarity and knowing what they were doing, they didn’t know what they were doing. Calling them up for some issues and whatnot, they had a terrible response.
