The company was very thorough with help in selecting the tile for each area. The installers were excellent. Quality of work was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company.

We needed NO VOC carpet to be installed in a 100+ year-old-home by a specific deadline. The Earthweave carpet, padding, and adhesives we purchased from Floor Coverings International contained no VOCS and omitted no odor when installed. The installation crew was top-notch and experienced with rooms off square and stairway walls not straight. We received regular updates on schedule and the work was done on time. We are very pleased with the quality of our new carpet!

My husband and I are thrilled with the work Floor Coverings International did in our basement! Our floor was definitely not easy to work with, and was quite sloped with uneven concrete on the perimeter and a drain in the middle of the floor. Kathy P. came out and met with us in person to look over the project and guide us through our options. We went with a waterproof vinyl plank that could be molded to fit the insane slope we were dealing with. The crew that came out to work on the install was exemplary. They put in long hours to finish the job in one day and left the place clean and spotless when they were done. Kathy P. then came out the next day to make sure my husband and I were happy with the install. They did all of this within just a few weeks, and finished up before the holiday! If my husband and I have any other flooring needs, we'll definitely go with this branch again.

Everything went very well.  Kathy Piccoli very patiently helped us decide on flooring type and color by showing us many samples.  She  even special ordered additional samples for us to make an informed decision.  TJ and his crew who did the actual installation, were very friendly and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner.  They came back to do some touch up work and replace a few boards that had surface flaws (covered by the manufacturers warranty).  I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

The representative from the provider firm appraised the project -- bathroom tub/shower area -- in detail and answered all questions I had at the time. In a few days the representative e-mailed me a file that described the proposed work in detail, along with an estimate of the cost.

Neat, clean, professional. The first day the stripped the floor and left everything so neat. The second day they did the cutting outside and everything was so neat. They even put a cloth up on the doorway so no dust got scattered. The owner, Cathy, is very detailed. She will be coming today to walk through with me and see how her staff did and to check on my satisfaction. The two workers were fabulous. I'm sorry I don't have more rooms for them to do!

Kathy came out to our house and provided me with a couple quotes related to some different options for replacing the flooring in our home. She was very helpful in providing information about our options and providing quality flooring options that we can expect to last. She followed up to provide carpet samples to assist in making our decision.  We have not yet moved forward with the installation of the flooring due to an older pet in our home.  When we are ready to move forward on the project, we would like to work with Floor Coverings International to complete the project.

The sub floor was ok and didn’t need to be replaced so job was a little bit less expensive than the original estimate.

This was not a big job but we were impressed with the way everything was handled. From the initial sales call to the delivery of samples directly from the manufacturer (larger than the samples we had looked at) helped with our decision making, then the sales call when we made our decision.

The installation went smoothly and finally (and this was a nice touch) a follow-up visit and photographs to check our satisfaction. This is the way we like to do business!

They were great. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again.
