It was great. I love this service. He comes to your house to show you the samples, so you don't have to go shopping at all! That's my idea of shopping. He had a good selection and good advice about what would work for the space. (It was a small area, just an entryway with steps.) He warned us ahead of time that our selection would mean that we would have to have the doors cut to be shorter. (I appreciated knowing this ahead of time.) He came promptly, did the work expertly, and cleaned up perfectly. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Both he and his helper were also very patient with my 4 year old son, who was watching and pestering them with questions. I thought the price was very reasonable given the level of service that we received.

Excellent service. Rich was professional and personable. He came to our home with a variety of samples and choices. He guided our choice of colors, but was not pushy and ultimately left the decision up to us. He explained differences between types/brands of carpets and led us in the right direction. In fact, he recommended another brand with a color similar to the one we wanted and saved us some money. My wife was home alone when the installers came (which included Rich!) and she was comfortable with their professionalism. The job was done VERY WELL and we were very pleased with the work.

RICH WAS GREAT! HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL FROM THE VERY START. HE IS THE OWNER AND OPERATOR OF THE COMPANY AND TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE BROUGHT CARPET SAMPLES TO OUR HOME AND HELPED US SELECT THE BEST QUALITY CARPET AND EVEN SUGGESTED SOME COLORS THAT ENDED UP BEING PERFECT IN THE ROOM. HE WAS NOT HIGH PRESSURE AT ALL. WE WERE THINKING ABOUT CARPETS THAT WERE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN NEEDED, AND HE DIRECTED IN A WAY THAT ENDED UP SAVING US SOME MONEY. THE INSTALLATION WENT QUICKLY AND SMOOTHLY. HIS TEAM (WHICH ALWAYS INCLUDES HIMSELF) DID A PROFESSIONAL AND HIGH QUALITY INSTALLATION. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL. OVERALL, OUR BEST CARPET EXPERIENCE TO DATE!
