They responded very quickly to my request for a quote. I got a written quote, they came out when they said they would, and kept me well-informed when weather forced a reschedule of the job. They did a fantastic job on our windows, were friendly and professional. It's not often you find a home contractor who is so proactive about communication; we knew what to expect from Fish at every step of the way. Their price was competitive, the work was great. We'll use them again.
