It was a seamless process. Not only did they change the radiator, and a couple of hoses, but he also flushed out a lot of the gunk from my coolant system that had possibly been added prior to me owning the vehicle. I'd definitely hire again because it can be hard to find a good mechanic.

As far as I can tell, he knows what he is doing and does it well.  His pricing is also very good as compared to the dealership service department. He told me that it might need the gaskets, but he wouldn't know until he took it apart.  He told me the cost for the gaskets, if needed.  They were needed and he stuck to his estimated cost for those, so no unpleasant surprises.   The savings was a combination of the free (computer) diagnosis and the price of the repair. 

The only downside is that there is no designated waiting room and the location is a bit inconvenient.  However, I live just a little over five miles from the shop and was able to have a friend follow me over when I dropped the car off.  She was not able to take me back, when the car was ready, but Vince had offered to come and pick me up, so I took him up on it.  That's service!  But, even if you live further and he could not offer a ride, I would recommend still using him and having someone pick you up and take you back.

A couple weeks prior to this, I had him do the state inspection.  This was the first time anyone told me that if I drive less than 5,000 miles in one year, the emissions test is not required.  Therefore, the cost to inspect was reduced.  I have never driven this car more than 5000 miles per year, yet all other shops charged for the emissions test, never telling me of this policy, and whether they performed the test or not, I wouldn't know.

Their prices are fair compared to others.  The people there are very honest with you and do no give you the run around. They do not try to sell you unnecessary services. It is like I am talking to a family member rather than someone taking my money. They also do a great job on the cars.

both receptionist and mechanic were very polite,courteous,the mechanic informed about some things that needed to be taken care of that werent related to the inspection and I appreciated him for bringing those items to my attention,also I was so glad to have my vehicle back by noon.

I had a bad rattling sound whenever I DID NOT apply my brakes.  Sounded like something was loose.  Explained the problem to Vince and he actually test drove the car to listen for the problem.  Very few mechanics do this.  He diagnosed it and fixed it - now there is no rattling.  He did a great job.

I thought they were excellent. We took both of our cars in for a Saturday appointment when I was having difficulty finding availability at other auto service shops. I was very happy overall. I got to meet the owner of the shop and he seemed very honest and dependable. We definitely will take our cars back there in the future.

The receptionist was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The owner met us when we dropped the car off, the prior evening, and let us know when to expect it to be completed. The car was done, when promised.

Friendly on the phone. Took me on short notice. Even though they were obviously very busy, my truck was done within hours. Price was very fair for the work done. I recommend.

I called and made the appointment. The receptionist was wonderful on the phone.  I was seen quickly.
               I waited for my vehicle while the work was done.  Everyone at the shop was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. I felt like I had been going there for years!  
              Vince- the owner-  was great- and very honest!  The receptionist made the visit go so quickly with great conversation- she was very friendly and was so nice. She was also very knowledgeable about tires (once I was told I needed new front tires to pass the inspection ...) and she made sure to give me a few different quotes and choices on what I needed and what Vince - the owner- recommended .  Vince even took the time to talk to me about my tires and explain how/ why I needed new ones.  
            I am so happy with the service I received and feel like I finally found a good, reasonable, reliable , and honest mechanic/shop that I can take my car to for years to come!  I will be taking my car there for any future work or routine maintenance I ever need! 
           Don't be intimidated by the little parking area- it's way worth it!  I highly recommend this little neighborhood shop! Great service & Great People!

Used this company for the first time on a recommendation from a friend. I found Vince, the owner, as well as his staff to be very friendly and honest. I was able to get my car in to the shop a few days after I called. I specifically asked about new brakes because I thought I would need them. I was told that the brakes were fine...which was not only a blessing, but I could have been told I needed them and I would not have known any different. This company appears very honest and competent , which is what I had been told by my friend, and what I am looking for in an auto repair service. Vince took the time to explain to me what caused the noise I was hearing from my brakes, which I appreciated as well.      When I picked the car up it was raining. An employee asked me what car was mine as I continued to talk with Vince. When I was finished, the employee had gotten my car, in the pouring rain and pulled it into the garage so that I could get in w/o going in the rain ! He even went out to the street to check traffic for me before I pulled out. Thank you very much!

They are very honest. I have been using for a long time. They are very personable and have very reasonable rates. They have quick service as well.

The mechanics at Fiore's are very honest. They repair what is necessary and they are very thorough. I really like them. They do what they promise. They are just really nice. I have always had good service there. They go the extra mile and they are convenient.
