It is always the same guy that comes out and he knows my system well. I like that they are able to head off problems by checking on the unit twice a year. I think they are honest and good at what they do.

WHEN I SPOKE WITH HIM ON THE PHONE, HE SAID HE WOULD USE A CAMERA TO INVESTIGATE THE PROBLEM. WHEN HE ARRIVED HE SAID HE WASN'T GOING TO USE THE CAMERA. HE SNAKED THE SEWER. WHILE HE WAS WORKING, HE ASKED ME TO WATCH HIS TRUCK FOR HIM, AND HE USED MY OWN ELECTRICITY TO OPERATE THE SNAKE. HIS SNAKE KEPT BLOWING MY OWN FUSES. I ENDED UP USING ABOUT 14 OF THEM. HE MADE ME CHANGE OUT THE FUSES, WHICH WAS HARD WORK FOR AN OLDER LADY WITH BAD KNEES. I RAN OUT OF FUSES AND EVEN HAD TO GO TO THE STORE TO BUY MORE BECAUSE HE KEPT BLOWING THEM. HE DID NOT OFFER TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE FUSES AND EVEN GOT CROSS WITH ME ABOUT GOING TO THE STORE TO BUY MORE. HE WASN'T ABLE TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR. HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK AFTER HIS VACATION THE FOLLOWING WEEK WITH SOMETHING MORE POWERFUL. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ASKED FOR THE OWNER TO CALL ME, AND HE NEVER DID. THERE ARE STILL FOUR SNAKES STICKING OUT OF MY SEWER AND HE HASN'T BEEN BACK.
