I had made it clear that their was no rush, but Tim asked what time he could come and I stated any time after 10 a.m. Monday may 20th.
Tim showed up at noon and proceeded to go right to work removed and replaced an old ceiling fixture in our basement laundry room
with new florescent lighting and checking our garage over the door fixture!
He found the night and day sensor on the over the door fixture was not functioning and will replace at a later date!
Mean while we can still turn it on when needed!
The total work was done in less than an hour and Tim was very pleasant and the clean up was done very well!!

Tim Ferrence is pleasant, professional, and prompt. He is up to date code. His price was competitive. We will use his services again as he was neat, prompt and easy to communicate with.
