Very overpriced and was not willing to work with others. He was nice and on time, but too expensive.

He did spectacularly well. He did a fine job. He cleaned up everything. He was fine. No problems. I would recommend him highly.

Felix arrived on time each and every day. He is a Green contractor which means that he not only pays attention to waste, but that he personally takes things from his jobs to Construction Junction so that items in excellent condition can be purchased and reused rather than dumped into landfill. He completed each task, and there were many, in a timely and very efficient manner. He pays very close attention to detail and does not leave until the job is finished to perfection. He prices jobs very reasonably and will follow up on his jobs after completing them in case anything was not to my satisfaction. His work ethic is strong and he remained focused on each job no matter how difficult. He has amazing skills and talents to support any task and is clearly multi talented in every aspect of home repair and remodeling.
