Everything was done professionally and well and in a timely manner. I gave a and quot;Band quot; for price, because Felix is not cheap. However, you get what you pay for: we were very pleased with everything Felix did for us, and were glad to pay him as opposed to someone who might have charged less and done a lower quality, less professional job. Felix is the go-to guy for us.

Felix arrived on time each and every day. He is a Green contractor which means that he not only pays attention to waste, but that he personally takes things from his jobs to Construction Junction so that items in excellent condition can be purchased and reused rather than dumped into landfill. He completed each task, and there were many, in a timely and very efficient manner. He pays very close attention to detail and does not leave until the job is finished to perfection. He prices jobs very reasonably and will follow up on his jobs after completing them in case anything was not to my satisfaction. His work ethic is strong and he remained focused on each job no matter how difficult. He has amazing skills and talents to support any task and is clearly multi talented in every aspect of home repair and remodeling.
