+ -1 moreDave was able to fit me into his schedule same-day in order to fix my bathroom vent exhaust, which was installed incorrectly by the previous homeowner and leaking water through my roof. In addition to re-installing the vent, he also nailed down some flashing around my chimney. Dave was fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend him for any roof repairs

Description of Work: I needed work done on my roof regarding possible leakage in my attic. I called Dave Feeney around 9am and left a message regarding my interest in securing an estimate. Dave called me back around 9:30am and was at my house at 10:30am. He went up on the roof to assess the work to be done. He came down and we discussed the needed work and the price. He immediately started the needed work and finished up around 2pm. Back in September, I had a high chimney taken down by another company ("Boy, was that a mistake on my part hiring them). After removing the chimney, they did a lousy job of patching the hole with new shingles. They were also supposed to place screen over the other chimney; which they charged me for but did not do, Dave redid the lousy patch job and also placed screen over the chimney. He also repaired loose shingles and loose down spouts. I would give Dave's company a "AAAA+ rating, if that was possible. Dave's price was very, very fair for the high quality work that he performed. I will certainly recommend him to my 3 kids and all my relatives and friends.

+ -1 moreI was referred to Dave by a friend and was very pleased with his work and his professionalism. He always returned my calls and was very prompt when he came for the estimate, which was free. He spent a lot of time examining my gutters to identify all problems and took extra time explaining to me what the issues were and what he recommended. He was very specific in his written estimate and did not require payment until the job was finished. His price was lower since he works alone. He was able to schedule a day to return and do the work within a short period and it only took a few hours before the job was complete. Dave took the time to discuss annual gutter maintenance with me to avoid some issues in the future and I will certainly use him again for my annual gutter cleaning.
Description of Work: Dave Feeney (the owner) cleaned my entire gutter system. He removed old gutter guards that were useless in their current state. He reattached part of my back gutter and also fixed the angle of that gutter since it was not slanted toward my downspout. He put two deflectors up to help direct water to the downspout where my roof comes down at a sharper angle. He also sealed any small openings he saw in the gutter system.
