Dave was able to fit me into his schedule same-day in order to fix my bathroom vent exhaust, which was installed incorrectly by the previous homeowner and leaking water through my roof. In addition to re-installing the vent, he also nailed down some flashing around my chimney. Dave was fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend him for any roof repairs

I was referred to Dave by a friend and was very pleased with his work and his professionalism.  He always returned my calls and was very prompt when he came for the estimate, which was free.  He spent a lot of time examining my gutters to identify all problems and took extra time explaining to me what the issues were and what he recommended.  He was very specific in his written estimate and did not require payment until the job was finished.  His price was lower since he works alone.  He was able to schedule a day to return and do the work within a short period and it only took a few hours before the job was complete.  Dave took the time to discuss annual gutter maintenance with me to avoid some issues in the future and I will certainly use him again for my annual gutter cleaning.
