There was a crack the length of my living room ceiling that has been neatly, but noticeably, repaired previously. I hired Dale to properly cut out crack and closely match the plaster ceiling. It looked worse than the original repair job on the ceiling. He said it will blend in once painted. It didn't. He didn't return my call, when I called to discuss.

Dale was AMAZING! I can't even begin to stress how impressed my husband and I are with the quality of work that was done! Our house looks incredible. A few years back we had a woodpecker destroy the stucco on our house (yes, I'm serious) and we paid a painter to come in to repair the area and it was awful, it didn't match and almost instantly started peeling again and was quite the eye sore. I contacted dale and he came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and he completed the job on time and was a pleasure to work with. I can not stress enough how impressed I am. If you need stucco or plaster repair, don't bother hiring anyone else because Dale is the best at what he does. I will be recommending him to everyone I know

He was prompt in returning phone calls, providing an estimate, obtaining color samples and adjusting to colors not offered.  He performed the work quickly and efficiently, and did a great job overall!

He didn't clean up very well, and the product wasn' very smooth and we are going to need to re-sand that area.

Dale responded to our initial call and came to give us a bid within a day or two. After meeting Dale and hearing about how he learned his trade we were very reassured that he could do the job we needed him to do. He explained exactly what he was going to do very clearly. His bid was more reasonable than other companies that gave us an estimate. Dale was on time both days of the job. He covered our floor with paper to eliminate tracking dust etc through the living room. He worked long hours with hardly any breaks. His work was excellent. We are very pleased and would absolutely recommend him to others.

I couldn't be happier with Dale and his son. I've been trying to get this stucco work done for over a year and have been mislead and overpriced by several other experts. The first quote I got was $1500-$2000 just for the 3rd floor repairs. The second was for $3500, again just for the 3rd floor. I've had 3 other people refuse to give me a quote because they didn't want to build scaffolding for such a 'small job'.
Dale quoted me at $1025 for the 3rd floor repair, and the two other areas of the house (much lower) were the stucco was had completely fallen off. He started the very net day and was done in two days as promised. He left the place very clean, so I'm not sure why the other review had such a bad experience.
What made me so appreciative, aside from he was one of the only people willing to do the job, was that he noticed a large area of stucco missing from my porch pillar that wasn't discussed in the fee. He called me and mentioned that he had extra cement left, and would repair it at no cost if I wanted.
The work he did on all sections matched the current stucco great. Certainly went above and beyond.
Clean, friendly, prompt, great work, great price. Highly recommend.

Great. Dale shows up on time and has never missed a deadline for our company. He does the work he says he is going to do and I have never had a complaint.

Although Dale did a nice job applying the banding around the windows and doors, he left the house a complete mess. He said the painting tape he used didn't work very well and so the window frames are covered in stucco. My window washer said he couldn't get it off without scraping the green aluminum clad window frames. The window frames are a complete mess and I don't know what to do to get it off. Dale has not returned several calls. He also did not reattach the downspouts that he removed...he just left them on the ground and in the grass! He got stucco all over one of our back patio lights which he didn't bother to clean off. He ruined a doorbell which he removed and didn't replace. He was so sloppy applying the stucco that I"ll have to paint two sides of my house where he splashed the dark colored stucco. He almost fell off the ladder and, while catching himself, left a glove on my roof which he didn't get. I'll have to get up on my roof to get it. My window washers thought that I did the stucco myself .....it was that bad. I know Dale won't be back, but I hope some folks read this and will pass on his services. Thanks.

CONTRACTOR ACCEPTED JOB AND PRESENTED HIMSELF AS 3RD GENERATION, EXPERIENCED PLASTERER/STUCCO WORKER. WORK WAS MARGINAL (I COULD PROBABLY HAVE DONE AS WELL MYSELF). SCHEDULING WAS POOR (SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WANTED TO, NOT WHEN I NEEDED THEM). CLEANUP WAS SLOPPY (MORE MATERIAL ENDED UP ON THE GROUND THAN ON THE HOUSE). OVERALL A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL JOB.
