After calling over 10 contractors, Sam was the only one who pulled through to help us on a small but complex roofing leak we needed repaired asap. For everyone else, the job was too small, they claimed to be booked out for months, or the quote was exorbitant (requesting that we go through homeowners insurance). We even had a few that scheduled and ghosted. Sam was sympathetic to our plight and came out promptly. Sam’s guy Bobby was honest, likeable, and quoted me fairly. They both came out and actually walked the roof to assess it entirely, showing me where corners that been cut previously. They then came out within a single week and got the job done ASAP. I am forever grateful. Thank you Bobby and Sam!

Sam Falcone kept trying to cut cost on project. Was supposed to clear old brick off site. never did it. I had to pay a second contractor to get rid of bricks. He miscalculated number of bricks. Many other issues.
