Justin from Falcon Technix came to my house and completely revamped my home network. I was having problems with the WiFi coverage in the basement of my house. Justin installed a better wifi router and configured it for me. The internet is much faster in general and I have complete coverage in my basement. The best part of the experience was that He explained everything that he was doing so that I could understand, which you don't normally get from "Techies". I couldn't recommend Falcon Technix more highly.

A friend of mine referred me to Falcon Technix. I was able to get in touch with them right away, and the gentleman on the phone was able to understand my problem almost immediately, right over the phone. We scheduled a visit for the very next day and the repair technician (Justin?) was knowledgeable and fast. We discussed the issues I'd been having for a few minutes and he was able to get my network straightened out in no time. If you're having computer trouble, give them a call!!
