Once again Dave and Ed at Fairmount Builders come through for me. The new Bathroom and Kitchen that was installed in August and September 2013 were amazing. I have been having on-going issues with the cement steps to my house. They have been crumpling and being patched for over 30+ years. They were able to work with me and came up with a solution to my problem. The workers are polite and have been working in 20 degree temperatures. It is going to take awhile but it will be worthwhile.

Dave and Ed work with many lenders and as long as you have decent credit they can work with you for financing for any project. It is worth a call.

My family has been dealing with Fairmount builders for approximately 16 years. First we had a new roof and upstairs windows replaced. Several years later we had the first floor windows and glass block windows replaced in the basement. A the beginning of 2013 we had new gutters installed. Now they are doing a complete new Bathroom and will end up with new Kitchen also. Ed is wonderful at finding financing could afford and worked with me on obtaining an FHA loan to completely do the Kitchen.
Dave the owner is calling to make sure everything is going okay. All of the worker have been fantastic. I will never use anyone else for work round my house.

They did a good job, and I would recommend them. They follow their contracts very well, and I was satisfied with their workers.

they installed 13 vinyl replacement windows, replaced old aluminum siding with vinyl siding, and replaced rear gutters. they put 2 really nice octagonal vents in the attic. also, they replaced outside light fixtures on front porch and side entrance, as well as remove really ugly corrugated tin awning over side entrance. the work was done in a timely manner and when they were done, it was as if there had been no construction mess at all. we are very pleased with the work that was done. it's a pleasure to have working windows-- this house had 4 different types of windows which were old, ugly, drafty and just plain hard to open and shut. now our windows are attractive, functional, and energy efficient. the octagonal vents were an extra touch that has added a very pleasing aesthetic.
