A terrific experience. Once again Roman, the owner, explained everything that needed to be done to stop the ever present leak into my kitchen. His crew removed my old roof in the most bitter cold without complaint. And cleaned up. The Yard looked better than before they came. In one day they removed only two pieces of plywood. And replaced all of the asphalt roof. They are honest. They could have said the entire room's plywood was rotten. How would I have known? Anyway, inside my kitchen ceiling also needed to be repaired. Over the course of 4 days the crew came, worked efficiently, and cleaned up. Very professional. And the hole they needed to cut and repair and pay h and paint is hardly noticeable. This was a very big job for a reasonable price. And Roman advised me what was happening every step of the way. He replaced my windows ladt year. Needless to say, he is my go to contractor. You should consider him if you have a significant job.

Work was fast. I did need them to come back out and correct a few things, they responded quickly and resolved all issues promptly. Good customer service.

Was very pleased with all the work they done, gutter's and soffit and fascia, had an issue and it was fixed within days. Would definitely recommend them. Roman and Rick were very good to work with.

The crew worked for 12 hours and completed the job in one day. They used quality materials and cleanup was flawless.

R&G REMODELING DID A EXCELLENT JOB ROOF LOOKS GOOD CLEANUP WAS GOOD .

i'm not a roofer so i heiress one. the metal guys were good. except they didn't tell me i needed a chimney cap and some how miraculously after they installed my new metal i had water running down my walls in two of my bedrooms. the roofers themselves came back out patched it said if there's issues let us now but your cap isn't a good one. i should've been made aware of this at the time of the initial inspection for the estimate. so when i called the office to have them come out the third and final time to install a t chimney cap i talked to one of the owners. he's an a hole. tried to give me some salesmen b.s. the roofers were setting tools on the chimney while they worked so that probably jared something loose to the point water was getting in. i didn't pay for the new cap and they provided before and after pictures. the two laborers threw the old cap in the woods behind my house like i wouldn't find it. then they smoked weed next to my driveway in my neighbors yard behind their boat before they left! Chris....the crew lead of the two was nice fine and professional. the other two argued and m effed each other the whole time. and they didn't tell me about a bad chimney cap. that's terrible business. the owner didn't even offer to have my damage to my walls looked at or anything. as far as i'm concerned the o ly good thing that came from this transaction is that the metal is still on my roof. other than that it wasn't like i got a stellar deal or anything. i paid about 10k in labor lol. i would never hire them again and don't rec you do either

They were "exceptional" to work with living up to their name. I mean, we never really know until we see how the work holds up in weather over years but it is all under Warranty and the work to the naked untrained eye looks wonderful. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They are very friendly and completed exactly what I wanted done and added a few aesthetic touches of their own in addition to the siding to make the house pop.

I would recommend them to anybody.

From setting up appointment to discuss my roof project until the time it was finished they took time to explain the process and products that would be used. The crew showed up 30 minutes early ready to start on the day they were sceduled to be there. They only took a break for lunch, and finished my roof in 1 day. After the roof was done Mick came back to see that i was satisfied with the job that was done. There were some small pieces of old shingles in the grass, but i blame that on my grass being high and it was already getting darkin those ares by the time they finished.

overall wonderful experience, constant communication, addressed all my concerns, couldn't be happier with results! We contracted EE&R To install a complete new roof, tear down our chimney and build a new patio roof. The new patio roof is seamless and looks like it was always there. EE&R were even able to pour a new concrete pad, nice to have one contractor handle everything. Would highly recommend Exceptional Exteriors and Renovations to anyone!

best team of employees we ever had. men worked non-stop and completed job promptly.. management especially roman checked in and communicated with us with the schedule and everything ran smoothly.. when job was finished men cleaned up and left yard and driveway spottless. overall i will hire this company to do other things at our house and will recommend them .

Just an EXCELLENT experience all around. Wife and I are homebound with medical issues. Mick the Field Coordinator was very kind and easy to work with. Install team came out and worked like MACHINES. So impressed. They are going to be doing other jobs for us, that's for sure...
