The sales people were helpful and were willing to stretch the deadline for returns because we would not have yet had our new rugs installed by the deadline and we wanted to see how the lamp looked once the living room was finished. They only had one lamp and we wanted a pair, but the second one would have taken too long to receive, so we bought the second one through another company on the Internet. We returned a few months later because we could not get the bulb out to change it, and they adjusted the socket for free. They are vey nice and helpful, but a little pricey.

Retail but firm installs lighting from soup to nuts for new construction. Experts in all kinds of lighting in a wide variety of styles, knowledgeable courteous service - I have no experience with new construction by them, but I know they have an excellent reputation.
