At the end of day 3, the laborer left, and left all of the broken up porch and walkway in the yard. The laborer said they don't remove the mess. I called Bruni, two days later Tom Bruni returned my call, when I asked what happened he told me he never actually connected with the "leak specialist". I believe this was a one day job gone wrong because Bruni did not talk to the "leak specialist". I contacted Vivian Sabatini at Equitable Homeworks. She told me that they did what they needed to do, and would not replace the walk and porch, and would not clean up the mess. I sent pictures showing how the specialist had marked things, and in retrospect, even me, someone who left it up to the experts, knows that beginning where it says "Leak" would have made sense. Equitable Homeworks refused to do anything else.
Description of Work: Noticed water pooling in the yard. Called Equitable Homeworks who took it from there. They sent another company to fix the problem. They evaluated it and Tom Bruni said couldn't tell where the leak was coming from and said he was calling the "leak specialist" who had computer and tracking equipment. That went well. The leak specialist marked the interior and exterior of my home and said he and Tom Bruni would talk. That Thursday, Tom Bruni sent a crew out and they began digging outside. In the first two days, Tom Bruni and Joe Bruni both visited the site, and assured me that things were going as planned. After digging for two days, breaking up my walkway and concrete porch the laborer said he would be out on Monday to dig up my downstairs entry way. When the laborer came out on Monday (Bruni did not come) I made a fuss, asked if he knew what he was doing. At that he began looking around and found where the leak specialist had marked "Leak" in large bold letters in the closet by the foundation. The laborer dug there and fixed a broken water line in my house by replacing about 10 feet of line. This went from the interior past the porch and walkway.
