We first met the wonderful folks at EEVC two years ago when our 19 year old cat became very ill and we needed her to be put to sleep. They were responsive and compassionate in allowing us to come in quickly so our dear cat wouldn't have to suffer very long. A few months later, we adopted two kittens, one of whom had picked up FIP while in the shelter. Within a few months, he became very ill and, again, we appreciated the kindness and care of the EEVC vets and staff when it came time for our little kitten to be euthanized as FIP is always fatal for cats. Happily, we now have two very healthy cats and our visits to EEVC are for well check-ups, immunizations, consultation on small health issues, and the neutering of our boy cat.. The vets (all three of them) are amazing and kind. The vet techs support staff is fantastic. We never have to wait to go into a room and let the cats out of the carrier. Everyone is lovely with our animals, and I know they are getting good care! I wholeheartedly recommend EEVC.

The wait time was maybe five minutes and that's even stretching it. I cant say enough about them, they've been excellent.

We have been there several times. My wife takes them there most of the time.

Vet was friendly and knowledgable, and was available for an appointment on short notice. Our normally calm cat gets extremely agitated at the vet and was too worked up to be examined. The vet laid out a range of alternative treatment options, sent us home w sedatives and re-booked us the next business day for a replacement visit at no additional charge. She also arranged for multi-year shots to minimize number of future visits.

From the front desk staff to the tech to the vet, all were so nice and took great care of my cat. I would recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone.

Both veterinarians in this practice are awesome - caring, compassionate, sensible, responsive. Best vets in the city.

I love this vet. My dog sees Dr. Fisher and she loves him.
We've been lucky and only needed to go for puppy checkups/annual check ups.
The office staff is always extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. They will listen to what you need and recommend if you need to be seen by the vet vs. vet tech's…they estimate pricing, recommend products. They are just so helpful and nice about it, its such a stark contrast to the human medical system it makes me laugh. I wish my Dr.'s office staff was as willing to help/advise me over the phone!

The vet and the support staff were all kind and very sensitive to both cats but especially to our 14 year old male cat. It was apparent that they all love animals and enjoy what they do. The vet told us about a condition that we needed to watch with our older cat and wants us to bring him back in a few months to get weighed. The cat may be developing a thyroid condition but he didn't want to begin tests until he watched his weight for awhile. I will definitely take our pets back to this wonderful clinic. They also quoted me the cost of the visit and shots at the time I made the appointment and I really appreciated knowing in advance so that we were able to budget the fee.

It went very well. Our cat was in serious decline under the care of an incompetent vet and, after just one visit with Dr. Cangin we began turning it around and she now looks better than she has in a very long time. I was also pleased with the location, it's a very easy place to find and has parking in the rear and everyone I met there was friendly and professional. We have her teeth to do now, something my previous vet almost killed her doing (anesthesia problem) and then she'll be as fit as her age allows.

I am more than pleased. They far exceeded my expectations.

They are a very skilled and very professional, pet friendly practice. You can just feel that whatever decisions they make are the right ones. They are great. They offer consistently good quality.They take a picture of your pet and put that in the computer so if you call with a question, they can look at that and then connect with that pet. They are conveniently located which is great. We wouldn't consider going any place else.

I went here because of the Angie's List reviews and they were wonderful! I was able to get an appointment within a week of my phone call and we were seen within a few minutes of arriving. Their entire staff is really friendly and helpful. I have to admit I have an overly excitable/playful 2 yr old yorkie who makes exams a little difficult. But, they were able to handle him and he didn't even notice or yelp when he got his shots. I was also given a very reasonable estimate for removal of 2 teeth and an undescended testicle that we will be having done by them in the future.

I called becuase of Angie's list reports and got an appointment within days of the call. The staff were prepared for us, and we were seen promptly. The Vet and ger assistant were wonderful with my dog. He got a booster shot and an exam.
I bought antibiotic, Heartguard, and Frontline. All combined the cost was around $350, a lttle higher than I expected, but not unreasonable.

It went very well. I like them a lot. I changed vets to go to them. I did that about a year ago. They are very caring and very helpful. They are very accommodating. They like pets. I would absolutely use them again and I have recommended them to many people.

We have been going to EEVC since they opened. The staff are excellent, the vets are great. We are very happy.

This was a Saturday appointment made the day before. The receptionist Pat was very friendly but things started to go downhill once I got my dog into the examination room. I will say that my dog is not easy to examine, he needed to be muzzled and kept trying to bite both the tech and the vet. However, considering I was a brand new customer, you would think that the vet and tech would have done more to reassure me that this behavior is common and that the behavior wasn't prohibitive to performing an adequate examination. You could definitely tell that the vet and the tech wanted no part of examining my dog. The vet was able to weigh him, listen to his heart, listen for abdominal sounds, get a temperature, and clip his nails at my insistence. The vet's advice to me was to try Pepcid AC for the vomiting to see if that helped before doing any bloodwork or other testing to find a cause for the vomiting. The vet went on to say that if further testing was required that the dog would have to be brought back for a weekday appointment and sedated. I don't know, seems a bit excessive to me to have to sedate a nine pound muzzled dog. All in all, not a good first hand experience. The only reason I'm not rating this lower is that the receptionist was friendly and my dog is hard to control. I doubt very much that I will use this provider again.

We have been going to East End Veterinary Medical Centre since they opened. We would not take our pet to any other vet. Dr Fisher and his staff are very courteous, professional, and compassionate. He thoroughly explains treatment options and listens to any and all questions we have. We know our dog is getting the best care possible at EEVMC.

The vet is fantastic. We spent $210.00, but that was for every vaccine that you can imagine. They have a very friendly operation at the front desk. It is a good location. The vet is knowledgeable. They are very accommodating to scheduling.
