About us
We are a fully insured general contractor for home remodeling and repair located in the Pittsburgh, PA area and have been in business since 2001. We are registered with the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractors through the Attorney General's office; our registration number is HIC# PA002581. We have worked with many homeowners and real estate agents in the process of preparing their homes for sale, or just general repairs. We have also worked with many insurance companies regarding damage claims. We warranty work for up to one (1) year from completion. Estimates are free of charge and depending on the depth of the job, we do require at least 1/3rd down to start, 1/3rd at the mid-way point of the job, 1/3rd at completion along with a satisfaction statement that must be signed. We accept either company check or personal check so long as your current name, address, and phone number are pre-printed on the check, work will begin as soon as your funds are cleared.
