Don Group Carpet Cleaning

Prices were fair, they did good work.

My son was moving out of his apartment, and realized very close to his deadline that he had to have the carpets professionally cleaned in order to get his deposit back.  He called Don Group on Thursday (the work had to be done by Monday), who gave him an estimate over the phone.  He said he was going away for the weekend, but offered to add this job into his afternoon schedule for the next day -- Friday.  He was a bit late, but called to say he would be.  He was extremely professional and courteous, as well as VERY kind to squeeze in this job.  My son said he got the carpet cleaner than it was before he moved in!  We will definitely use Don Group in the future!

I have used them for years and I really like them. He is very reasonable. He is very good and does a very good job. I am always happy with the work that he does. They are thorough, and they move everything.

Don Group did an excellent job. He was able to remove stains that others were unable to. The were quick, neat and did a great job. I would use them again! definately.

Don and his partner showed up on time, and the the rug is now in pristine condition. He explained the process he uses in detail before he began. He completed the job in one hour and applied Scotch Guard at no expense to me. He and Bob were professional, yet friendly. I was embarrased to show him the rug, but he immedialtely said that he'd seen far worse. I would definitely use his services again. Also, we needed an Oriental rug to be cleaned, but Don was honest when he said he wouldn't use his equipment on an Oriental because of possible destruction of the dyes. I really appreciated the fact that he WAS honest and didn't try to take advantage of me. The price was much lower than I expected.

The work went well and I loved them. I didn?t have very much to do and that?s why it was just $120. The price that they charged was reasonable and they were prompt. The gentleman who came out was very kind and quick. He did a great job too. I would absolutely use their services in the future.

They did an outstanding job. I needed the work done urgently, and Don called to slot me in for when he had a cancellation, just two days after my initial inquiry. They came on time and were pleasant and professional. They spent quite some time at my place since my living room is large and the carpet was filthy from construction dust from the work I'd recently had done. Despite the work being more complicated than what they had expected, they stuck to their original estimate, which was extremely reasonable compared to what other companies offered. The carpet looked pristine after they were done. I could not be happier with their service and would used them again without hesitation.

He was right on time, unobtrusive, and quick. He and his assistant were done in an hour and 40 minutes. The carpet looked brand new and spotless.
