WORK WAS DONE VERY WELL

Frank came to look at the roof a day or two after we called for an estimate. He quoted us what we thought was a fair price and did the work a few days later. Other roofers gave us estimates over the phone without even looking at the work to be done, and one never called back.

The company installed a new roof.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. My townhouse is almost 100 years old and for the most part, it was the original slates on the front. I have a rubber composite roof on the back that is relatively new, so this would have been a "small job" for many contractors. several months earlier, I had accepted a bid from another roofing company (KC Contracting) for approximately the same price, who upon arrival said that I needed an additional $12,000 of work done to the roof. Yikes! Frank and Bill were prompt in getting us the estimate; didn't see the nightmare the other roofer saw and gave us an honest price. His crew was efficient and got the job done in 1 1/2 days. The quality of the work was rock solid and the crew did a great job in cleaning up. I am VERY HAPPY to have found Frank and Bill.

The project went extremely well! Frank was a pleasure to do business with. He returned all calls promptly. He answered all questions, kept us informed, performed the work as specified and pretty much on time. I am very, very pleased with the work and will hire them again when I have other work. They do roofing, siding windows and doors. One thing I think I should mention. Roofing is a very messy job. These guys managed to keep the work area very tidy during the project and they really cleaned up after themselves afterwards. Our house looks great! The only downside is that I now have to get busy on my landscaping to make it look as good as the rest of the house... :) Oh well... :)
