THE BIKE DEPARTMENT AT DICKS SPORTING GOODS WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE, AND REASONABLY PRICE WITH AN ADDED COME BACK IF YOU NEED FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THEY TOOK US THROUGH ALL OF THE BIKES THEY SOLD, RECOMMENDED WHAT WOULD BE BEST FOR THE AGE OF THE PERSON WE WERE PURCHASING IT FOR, CHECKED THE AIR IN THE TIRES AND TIGHTENED ALL OF THE NUTS AND SCREWS AND GAVE US A 1 YEAR FREE RETURN AT ANY TIME TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT.
