In the spring, they put in a new walkway for me. They were right in line, on the pricing. It was $13,000 for the walkway and $2,000 for the landscaping. They were great. The work was high quality and the workers were excellent.

My initial call was promptly returned, an on-site visit was completed, and an estimate was provided within a few days. The landscaper was realistic about the timing of the work completion and was knowledgeable about the plants in my yard. The work was completed over three visits; after each visit clean- up was performed (in other words, they left no mess behind) and the work was top notch. I am very pleased with the end result.

In 2009 when we built our new home in Franklin Park Borough; we chose Diamond Landscaping Inc. as our landscape contractor. We met with Barb and Tom and really liked their ideas; so we put our job totally in their hands. Since the scope of work was extensive, they had no problem meeting with us multiple times to make sure we were satisfied with the final design.

We are very pleased with the results. Our plantings, walls, patios, waterfall, and golf putting green all look beautiful. People still stop outside our house to admire our landscaping.

We highly recommend Diamond Landscaping Inc. without hesitation and give them a 5 star rating. We still use Diamond Landscaping today to maintain our property.

The owner came out to give us a designed plan of what our yard would look like. we were thrilled and could not wait to get started. It took forever for them to come out and start thought they said they would be out in a week. They planted several plants/bushes that have since died and need replaced at our expense. they tore up the yard and attempted to try to repair it but this summer it looks worse than ever. For the price I was very disappointed. It was a complete rip off. I tried to call them to come out and fix the job but they never returned by calls. I could have gotten a much better job done with a company that probably would have charged me less. I wont use them again and will not recommended them to others. very disappointed with this company.

Started great. The entire project went over two years. Had good rapport with the owners. Towards the latter part of the project respnsiveness and punctuality were real problems. Follow up after the installation was complete was horrible. The pond has leaked from the beginning. Company came out twice to try and repair. Unsuccessful. After that would not return my calls. Claims they sent me an estimate to rebuild the pond (yes, that is correct!), but I never received it and they certainly did not follow up. It is also obvious now that they did not understand landscaping (we, I believe, were one of their first landscape projects). Trees are much to close together, many plants died in the first years (roses planted in the shade, etc). Each year the stones fall off of the facing on the front stairs. Large sections of pavers have broken or disintegrated and the entire driveway has shifted at least 6 inches leaving gaps in the pavers and irregulat allignment. We has suggested a concrete curb to retain the pavers on the perimiter of the property. The company insisted that a metal strip nailed into the ground would be sufficient. It wasn't, and the weight of the patio has overtaken that small retension strip. Yes it has been a while but these problems all started from the beginning. I certainly would expect stonework of this (supposed) calibre to last longer than 5-10 years. Anyone is welcome to come by and see what I am talking about for themselves.

WE SAW SAMPLES OF THEIR WORK AND LIST OF REFERENCES AND IT WAS EXPLAINED TO US THAT THE PLANNING STAGE WOULD INVOLVE A LOT OF DISCUSSIONS BETWEEN US TO MAKE SURE WHAT THEY WERE DEVELOPING WAS WHAT WE HAD IN MIND. THEN, WE DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN FOR FIVE MONTHS. WE HAD ASSUMED THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN THE WORK WHEN THEY FINALLY CALLED. THEY BROUGHT A SCALE DRAWING OF OUR PROPERTY (WHICH THEY HAD SUBCONTRACTED TO ANOTHER LANDSCAPER), PHOTOGRAPHS OF PLANTINGS THEY PROPOSED AND AN ESTIMATE ITEMIZING THE WORK TO BE DONE. THE DRAWING WAS IMPRESSIVE, BUT WAS BASED ON ONLY THE ONE MEETING WE HAD AND DESIGNED BY SOMEONE WE HAD NEVER TALKED TO SO IT DIDN'T INCORPORATE MUCH OF WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. WE DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH HOW THEY HANDLED THE PROJECT TO THAT POINT SO WE STARTED FROM SCRATCH WITH ANOTHER FIRM.
