DEMETRIUS WAS ON-TIME, POLITE AND REPAIRED MY CLOCK QUICKLY. HE RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALL WITHIN 2 DAYS.

WHEN I ARRIVED, THE OWNER SEEMED RELUCTANT TO EVEN LOOK AT THE CLOCK. AFTER A MONTH, I CALLED AND ASKED IF HE COULD FIX IT. IT TOOK TWO MONTHS FOR HIM TO EVEN LOOK AT IT AND ANOTHER TWO MONTHS FOR HIM TO FIX IT AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND STOPPING BY THERE. CLOCK STILL ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY.
