I PAID HIM $1900 UP FRONT, AND HE DID SOME PLASTERING FOR US TO START WITH. HE JUST DID THE ENTRANCE WAY, AND THAT WAS IT. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME BACK TO FINISH THE PLASTER AND INSTALL THE GUTTERS, AND HE NEVER CAME BACK. HE WON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS AND HE LIVES WITH HIS MOTHER. HIS MOTHER GOT MAD WHEN I CALLED AND SHE SAID SHE KICKED HIM OUT. I TOOK HIM TO COURT AND WON BUT WE CAN'T GET ANY MONEY OUT OF HIM.
