We have them come every year. He hasn't been raising his prices on us either, which is nice. He is very conscientious and a really good worker. He let us know when he would be there and he was there on time.

KEEPS HIS PROMISES AND MANAGES TO WORK US IN EVEN IN A BUSY TIME. HE WAS ALSO FLEXIBLE WHEN OUR SCHEDULE CHANGED. EXCELLENT, CAREFUL and FAST WORK--NOTICES DETAILS. GOOD COMMUNICATOR AND COMPLETELY RELIABLE. HE HAS BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS. HE ALSO DOES GUTTERS.
