Very willing to work within a budget I had, real professionals, very clean and neat, amazing quality final product and super friendly! Had it done way ahead of schedule which is awesome! Overall fantastic company!

John was outstanding in responding to my need of a repair due to wind damage to my deck. He not only made the deck safe, he perfectly matched the damage portion to the existing railing and worked to my specifications for lumber, etc. He also made excellent suggestions for the deck floor, which I agreed with. The final product was more than I could have imagined.!

Jon recently repaired some damage to our wooden deck caused by a woodpecker, and he did an outstanding job! He fit us into his schedule right away, completed the work in a timely fashion, and the amount that he charged was far lower than the other quotes that we received. We really enjoyed working with him and would absolutely hire him again!

We are very happy with the new deck. Jon was able to provide samples of possible materials for deck and railing we wanted. He was upfront about the timing to start and the estimated time to build. He was able to use the original, smaller deck's framing as part of the rebuild, saving us money. Throughout the construction Jon kept me up to date on any possible issues and/or ideas that might improve the deck. The final expanded deck turned out great.

Jon spent time with me to ensure that the job would be done to my expectations. He kept me informed about the progress of the work. The work was done perfectly and everything was kept neat and clean. I would highly recommend Jon to anyone who wants quality work done. This company is top notch.

We hired Deck-Aid construction as the lower of 2 bids to build a new deck off of the back of our house. The project was somewhat unusual since our backyard layout was very awkward and the project required a fair bit of excavating and cutting through a concrete patio for the footers. In addition, our project required an administrator's exemption as part of the permit process from the City of Pittsburgh. John did an amazing job of working through each of these difficulties and even worked with us (with no cost changes) as we made some minor modifications to the design. Communication was excellent and the work progressed in a manner consistent with our initial discussion. We love our new deck and are thankful for all of the amazing work. We would absolutely refer Deck-Aid construction to a friend and may hire them again in the future based on our experience.
