WORST CONTRACTOR I EVER MET....OWNER COMES IN TAKING PICTURES OF YOUR HOME THEN; AS INTERVIEW GOES ON OWNER STARTS TALKING ABOUT CODE VIOLATIONS AND BUILDING INSPECTIONS HE SEEMS TO BE AFRAID OF BUILDING INSPECTORS AND OF OBTAINING BUILDING PERMITS. THEN HE STARTS TALKING VERY LOUDLY IN YOUR YARD; ABOUT YOUR NEIGHBORS CALLING BUILDING INSPECTORS ON YOU;HE SEEMS AFRAID SOMEONE WILL CALL BUILDING INSPECTORS ON HIS CREWS. WHEN ASK TO LOWER HIS VOICE HE STATES NO THIS IS MY NORMAL VOICE.
