Mr. Wade diagnosed and repaired an electrical problem with our 2004 Pontiac Montana that 2 other shops AND the dealer were unable to fix. In fact, the dealer made it worse. It sat in front of our house for months and wouldn't even turn over. We had given up hope when a neighbor said he'd had great luck with Dave and so we had the vehicle towed to Wades. Dave not only repaired the problem but UNDID all the "repairs" that the first 3 shops did that only made the problem worse.
When we dropped off the van to him the air conditioner, radio, DVD player and side auto doors did not work. When I picked it up today it was ALL FUNCTIONAL! He also inspected, emission tested and repaired the front headlight. Additionally, he found two other things that he hadn't noticed at first that he repaired and didn't charge us any extra. This man is an automotive miracle worker!
Even though this van has over 100,000 miles on it, when we pulled out of Mr. Wade's lot this afternoon, it felt brand new. We had all but given up on this van and Mr. Wade's out of the box thinking saved the day. Turned out to be a short in the alternator.
He doesn't have a fancy garage but he has a GREAT one! He'll be seeing us again!
