Dale Griffith

Dale worked long days - 5 1/2 - to get the ceilings, doors, and woodwork in perfect shape before the wallpaper person comes and the new carpeting arrives.  His work is very careful.  He uses numerous drop cloths and painters' tape so that no paint touches areas where it is not supposed to be.  Dale painted for me several years ago when I updated three rooms in my house and I am just as happy with his recent work as I was with his previous work.  I would highly recommend Dale for anyone who wants  a thorough and well done  job by a professional.

Dale is excellent. He and a partner worked over about three days (with drying time) did careful work, kept us up to date, and cleaned up thoroughly each night. They do very careful work and are always  focused on the quality (my wife refers to them as the Zen painters). We were totally satisfied with the quality. I don't recall their price now (its been several years -- I'm guessing $1,200), but I remember it was reasonable. I wouldn't use another painter.

We selected Dale form Angie's list and my husband was very impressed with him when we had our estimate. He called the day before and arrived on time and completed the work in two days. His estimate was very reasonable for the quality of work that he does. We had other estimates and one was four times as much as Dale's. If we ever need additional painting I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

I will definitely have Dale back to paint other rooms in my home. I was impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. The quality of his work is superb and he was very flexible in accommodating me into his schedule.

Dale responded to my call for an estimate readily. He looked over what I had in mind and asked many questions to be sure of the work and to help me refine what I wanted by asking those questions. One of bulkheads in the kitchen needed a yellow prime coat. I was prepared to go out and spend the $25, but Dale said, "No." He said he might have part of a gallon at home. It turned out he did! I was not concerned about the quality of Dale's painting work because he has painted the interior of many of my friends' houses. We are teachers as is Dale (retired) and we have seen and known of Dale's excellent work for 20 years. Be that as it may, when Dale came to paint these two rooms, it was strictly professional. He came as a professional, he worked as a professional, and I paid him as a professional. There was no "friendly discount" and I would not have wanted one because painting well is a talent which should not be overlooked. Dale is very skilled, very professional, and a very nice person.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND CLEANED UP NICELY. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WAY THEY PREPARED THE WALLS. GREAT JOB.
