They use independent contractors for the actual cleaning. The team brought in to clean my office have not followed the extensive cleaning tasks that are part of the one year agreement that I signed. Despite many requests from the local owner of Coverall, they have never provided to me an executed copy of the agreement that I signed. Finally, the owner is refusing to release me from this agreement, even after I told him that the cleaning company spent 19 minutes cleaning my 2000 sq ft office the last week. Hiring this company was a mistake and I caution any business owner that is considering this company.
