Concrete Zen

I did not use them because the guy that I talked with told me that he was very very busy and he would not be able to get to me for a while but he was very helpful. He returned my calls which was an issue with a lot of the concrete contractors that I had contacted. I would give him an 'A' for his overall grade just because of his honesty with me and getting back to me. He also sent me a quote right away.

It was fine. Their price was good and I was very satisfied with everything. It was free delivery and setup so I just paid for the price of the planters which was $300 each. They were very professional and timely. They provided very good service and good quality products.

Okay. As I mentioned, a bit tiring to keep calling them when they said they would come out and couldn't.

The designing process was hard for me. They were very patient and very helpful in guiding me through this process. Nicole is great in consulting with colors and the effects you want. She even helped me pick out the colors for my kitchen walls after the counter top was in place. Once we got the design and color down. They went right to work. They invited me out to the workshop during the process so I could see some of the end product. Then I was also asked if I wanted to put help put some of the recycled glass on the piece. I was thrilled that I was able to take part in the piece of art. The installation went smoothly till a piece broke and they got another piece made ASAP. I could not be happier with my beautiful kitchen. Rich made a wonderful cabinet for me and I am the envy of all my friends and neighbors with my new kitchen. I would highly recommend them for any concrete work you are thinking of doing.
